Kristy Ventimiglia, President of HR Solutions and HR Consultant, holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Relations and is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Her background and experience consists of more than 15 years as a human resource professional including:
Executive Director of HR in the retail, technology, energy, and non-profit social services sectors. Her broad HR management experience includes: strategic HR, training and development, process improvement, and compensation and benefits.
Kristy was retained by Manulife Financial to be a guest speaker at the National Pension Conference and she has been an expert witness in the field of Human Resources for employment and labor attorneys. She has served in various civic leadership roles including past President of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, President of Leadership Midwest City, Inc., and has served on the Board of Directors for other professional organizations. She currently is a member of the Oklahoma City HR Chapter, Society of HR Management, Rotary Club 29, the Executive Women’s Forum, and Midwest City Leadership, Inc., Alumni. She is an adjunct faculty member with the University of Phoenix facilitating courses in strategic human resources and human resource management. In 2009, she was a finalist in the Journal Record’s Woman of the Year award. Kristy speaks frequently in subjects of Healthcare Reform and other current topics in the field of human resources.
